CCTV Warranty

This CCTV warranty policy covers the warranty terms and conditions for the CCTV system you have purchased from us. This policy applies to all CCTV systems sold by us, for a period of 90 Days from the date of installation. For longer terms please contact us.

Warranty Coverage: Our CCTV system is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective part or component of the CCTV system, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or any modification of the CCTV system by anyone other than our authorized technicians. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by external factors such as lightning, power surges, or natural disasters. Change in ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not covered.

  1. We do not provide any warranty on items we did NOT provide.

  2. We never cover BNC & Category 5e or 6 non-shielded cables.

  3. Your warranty may be VOID under the following circumstances.

    • There was construction on the property near any of the CCTV Components whether it is roofing, flooring, siding, home extensions, etc.​

    • Another Technician services the system without our approval.

    • The modification of the system without our approval.

Warranty Claim: If you believe that your CCTV system is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot and diagnose the issue with you over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved through remote troubleshooting, we will schedule an onsite visit by our technicians to evaluate and repair or replace the defective part or component within 5 business days. We require a $100 diagnostic fee. Express service is available for an additional charge.

Proof of Purchase: To claim warranty coverage, you must provide proof of purchase, which includes the Scope of Work Agreement, original sales receipt, or invoice.

Limitations: Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or component of the CCTV system, as described in this warranty policy. We shall not be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the CCTV system.

This warranty policy is in addition to any other rights or remedies that you may have under applicable laws or regulations.
